Flashing here means wiping the data of the smartphone completely. In the past, it was relatively easy to bypass the FRP simply by flashing the device. This new feature which is preloaded on all Samsung Galaxy devices (and newer Samsung devices) which is designed to prevent access to the device after it has been reported lost or stolen.
